Welcome to Reignite Life & Leadership Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the coaching services provided by Rob Rabe (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging in coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or services.

1. Coaching Services

1.1 Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support personal growth, leadership development, and life transitions. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or medical treatment.
1.2 The Coach is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, or attorney. Coaching does not replace the advice of qualified professionals, and clients are solely responsible for seeking such advice when appropriate.

2. Confidentiality

2.1 All information disclosed during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law.
2.2 Confidentiality may be broken in cases of illegal activity, court order, or imminent risk of harm to self or others.

3. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

3.1 Payment: All fees for coaching services are due in advance unless a different arrangement is made in writing.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. As an alternative to a refund, you may be offered the option to reschedule.
3.3 Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable once services have begun. However, a partial refund for unused sessions may be considered for unforeseen and extenuating circumstances. Any approved refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the last scheduled session and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 The client agrees to participate fully and acknowledges that coaching is a process that requires personal commitment.
4.2 The client is solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching.

5. Disclaimer of Results

5.1 The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from coaching. Progress depends on the client’s effort and engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials provided by the Coach, including but not limited to text, images, and resources, are the intellectual property of Reignite Life & Leadership Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching services.
7.2 Coaching is undertaken voluntarily, and the client accepts full responsibility for their participation.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State].
